The 24th Experience Exchange of WVT Breiding GmbH is now history…
I can only speak for myself about how I perceived the event.
The conditions and facts were:
– 98 participants
– 60 companies from the combustion industry
– 9 exhibitors
– 11 companies from the ANIF network
– 11 OEMs from power plant construction
– Goal of the conference: to talk to each other
Personally, I found the conference to be very open, honest, and informative. The presentations were of the highest level, were well-matched, and followed a common thread. The speakers created a platform for exchange and thus stimulated intense discussions.
The hotel, the conference organization, the food, and the service were outstanding.
My subjective and personal view:
– Yes, I was the organizer of this conference. – And yes, I have organized many conferences. – Yes, I have indeed perceived our previous conferences similarly positively.
And yet, one cannot artificially create or induce the atmosphere, this typical Breiding conference togetherness, this friendly interaction of a group of 98 participants, most of whom were strangers to each other.
Dear participants, it was you who made this possible. Embracing our way of the conference, co-creating it, and creating a special atmosphere that led to a pleasant and happy feeling upon departure… Perhaps you felt the same way?
Yes, we are said to be somewhat different. Being able to experience our conference with this “feeling” confirms to me – without being able to say concretely why our conference feels this way afterward – to work with high pressure on the preparation of the 25th anniversary conference.
I want to say thank you. Thank you for your participation, the presentations, the discussions, the suggestions, this positive atmosphere…
I also want to thank my team – and that includes not only the visible people who accompanied the conference on-site. The team in the office also supported us and the conference, making the event (in my view) such a success.
In conclusion, there is only one thing left to say… see you soon… because experience exchanges…
