LIGNA, the world’s leading trade fair for woodworking and wood processing plant, machinery and tools, will present an array of innovations and applications for the entire wood industry at its 2019 showcase, which runs from 27 to 31 May. Occupying some 130,000 square meters (1.4 million sq. ft.) of net display space and spanning ten exhibition halls and the open-air site at the Hannover Exhibition Center, LIGNA 2019 will present technologies across the entire woodworking and wood processing value chain, grouped into seven display categories.LIGNA 2019 has three focus themes: “Integrated Woodwork-ing – Customized Solutions”, “Smart Surface Technologies” and, as the keynote theme of the Wood Industry Summit, “Access to Resources and Technology”.
